Kendra Timko-Hochkeppel (she/her) is a proud RDI 4th Cohort alumni. Her role as Training Coordinator for Road to Deaf Interpreting (RDI) includes supporting instructors, working closely with the Director and Mentorship team, overseeing scheduling and course logistics, communicating with cohort participants, and helping ensure the smooth running of the program’s two-day classes each month.

She is a Certified Deaf Interpreter (CDI) with a B.S. in Education from Northeastern University and an M.A. in Social Work from Salem State College. Kendra currently works part-time as a Deaf Interpreter Staff at the Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital (WRCH) in Worcester, MA.

Alongside her staff role, Kendra works as a freelance Deaf interpreter in a range of settings, including DeafBlind, medical, mental health, Commonwealth press conferences, and select legal environments.

Her work is strengthened by training from programs such as CALI, DBII, Project CLIMB, RDI, the Deaf Foundations/IMI Series, and numerous Deaf Interpreter Conferences. She brings a strong blend of experience, skill, and cultural knowledge to every assignment.

When she’s off the clock, Kendra enjoys camping with her family, getting lost in a good book, or playing a round of disc golf.
